All The Space
You Need
Redfish Retreat is a large 5 bedroom home (2,440 sq feet) that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. From the immaculate master suite and its bonus coffee bar to sturdy bunks and an open game room with arcade games and a foosball table, there is simply nothing more you could wish for in a beach-front home.
The Kitchen
This perfect oasis to escape the stress of your everyday life wouldn’t be complete without a full-size chef’s kitchen, finished with top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures. There is no meal that can’t be prepared here and enjoyed on the shaded deck.

I would like to personally welcome you to our family’s beach house! We are so excited for you to stay in our dream home on an amazing beach and hope that you and your family have a wonderful vacation here and enjoy it as much as our family does.
I will be your host and am available to answer any questions you have prior to or during your stay at Redfish Retreat. Please feel free reach out if you need anything at all so you can enjoy your vacation to the utmost.
Redfish Retreat is located right on the beach and in the center of beach life fun during high vacation season. We have placed sound machines near every bed to make sure you still sleep like a baby and are ready for the day.

Expectations and guidelines:
We really are laid back and love to let you just enjoy your vacation! But, of course, along with that comes a few rules to make sure everyone is safe and the house can be enjoyed by everyone after you. So, here are the basics: No Parties, No Animals, and No Smoking. Minimum age to rent is 23 and maximum overnight guests is 20. Thanks for understanding!
The fine print:
When you book, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. If you have any questions regarding the rental agreement, please feel free to contact me! Also, please be aware that we will schedule a deposit HOLD (not an actual deposit withdrawal) on the card you use to book, 2 days before your booking starts & will release the hold within 5 days after your stay, minus any major damages we find & discuss with you. Free cancellation at least 30 days prior to check-in (or within 48 hours of booking if cancelled at least 15 days before check-in). After that, cancel more than 15 days before check-in & get a 50% refund of the accommodation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay, there will be no refund.
